Use overlapping photos of one connected area, one true 360° panorama on its own, or one steady walkthrough. JPEG, PNG or WebP, or one video up to 60 seconds (100MB max).

Tips for a better tour
Have a true 360° panorama?
Upload it alone. Use the original 2:1 image with a full view around, above and below the camera. Its left and right edges should join. A narrow phone panorama is not the same thing; stretching it won’t add missing detail.
Using regular photos?
Choose 4–8 sharp, overlapping views of one connected indoor area or one exterior. Keep the camera level, lighting consistent and orientation the same. Show shared features in neighboring photos. Don’t mix separate rooms or inside and outside.
Using video?
Record one steady, continuous walkthrough of the same space, up to 60 seconds. Move slowly so details stay sharp. Avoid cuts, fast turns and changing zoom.
Before you upload and before you share
  • Use original files without black borders, screenshots or heavy filters. Keep furniture and lighting unchanged between shots.
  • Export HEIC photos as JPEG. Keep floor plans and digitally restaged images out of the reconstruction set.
  • Remove faces, private screens, documents and access codes. Check mirrors for reflections.
  • Choose how many photos build the world, up to eight. Extra photos are gallery only. Move your best overlapping views to the front.
  • Check doors, windows, furniture and room connections in the free preview. If the layout is wrong, improve the source set before paying for HD. AI still infers unseen details.
