Treat each room category separately
A suite, a standard double and a lobby need their own source sets. Combining them can produce an invented space that no guest can book. Use a title that identifies the actual room category and explain when furnishings vary between rooms.
Roam is an AI visualization. Check the location of doors, windows, beds and furniture before sharing. It is not a measurement tool or evidence that a room meets accessibility requirements. Provide verified dimensions and accessibility information in normal page text.
Prepare a guest-ready room
Capture the room in the condition a guest should expect, using consistent daylight or the room’s normal lights.
- Photograph overlapping views from inside the same room.
- Include the bed, seating area and main circulation space.
- Keep mirrors, curtains and lamps consistent across photos.
- Do not upload guest belongings, room-access codes or identifying documents.
Use it alongside your booking information
Embed the tour on a website that accepts iframe code, or use its share link. Keep amenities, room size, cancellation terms and live availability in your booking system. The tour’s button can send visitors there.
Try a free draft before paying for HD. Review it on a phone as well as a desktop, and replace the tour when the room is refurbished. Roam does not guarantee that third-party booking marketplaces accept embeds.
