What you get from photos
A finished Roam tour has a shareable page and an interactive viewer. You can embed it on a compatible website or share a QR code. An HD generation also includes a 15-second portrait MP4 for social posts. The interactive tour lets the visitor look around; the video is a fixed sequence they watch.
The model infers parts of the scene that your photos do not show. It can change doorways, lettering, furniture and room connections. This is a marketing visualization, not a measured survey or proof of a property’s condition.
How to generate a tour in Roam
Choose one room or open-plan area and upload four to eight overlapping original photographs. A single photograph also works, with more unseen information left to the model. A genuine spherical 360° panorama gives a broader layout reference.
Verify your email and create a free preview. Compare it with the source photographs before upgrading. Check the doors, windows, main furniture and the directions you can move. If the layout is confused, change the source set rather than assuming HD will fix it.
- Use photographs from the same room, at a consistent height and lighting.
- Keep neighboring photos overlapping and use matching orientation.
- Do not combine exterior views, bedrooms and a kitchen into one house generation.
- Name the finished tour and add a relevant booking or enquiry link.
- Test the public page on a phone and desktop before sharing it.
Choose a use case that fits one space
For a hotel, start with one guest-room category and place the tour beside its real photos, amenities and booking button. For a recording or photography studio, show the live room or shooting space and keep the actual equipment list separate.
For real estate, choose one room buyers would want to understand. Keep original listing photos, verified dimensions and disclosures available. Separate rooms need separate capture sets; a collage of listing photos does not establish a correct floor plan.
What does it cost?
Roam currently includes three free draft generations per account. One HD generation costs $19 with no monthly subscription. Pro is $79 per month for ten HD credits and white-label share pages. Review the current pricing on the homepage before purchasing.
Each generation is an interpretation. Choose HD when your source set is suitable and you want to evaluate a more detailed result. If you need help selecting photos or producing creative assets, ask for a separate custom quote.
When to use a different capture method
If exact connected-room geometry is essential, consider a capture-based digital twin or measured scanning workflow. If you only need a cinematic social clip, an image-to-video tool may be sufficient. If you already have full 360° photographs and need to preserve their appearance, a linked panorama tour may suit the job.
These formats solve different problems. Choose based on what visitors need to learn, not just how impressive a sample looks.
