Roam builds an explorable interpretation from your room photos. Visitors control the view in their browser. You receive a public page and an iframe snippet for a compatible website.
This can introduce the atmosphere of a room without a new site visit to capture it. The tradeoff is inference: surfaces and spaces absent from the photographs may be invented. Compare the output with the source material and label it appropriately.
A property video controls the sequence
A video plays a fixed camera sequence. It is convenient for social feeds and email thumbnails because it needs no interactive controls. Some tools animate a still photograph with generated camera motion; that does not establish that a complete navigable model exists.

A captured digital twin begins with a capture workflow
Matterport offers capture methods ranging from a smartphone to professional lidar hardware and capture services. This is a different input workflow from uploading a few unrelated listing images. Compare the capture requirements, output, hosting and accuracy needs before choosing a service.
A floor plan can help people navigate a property, but a plan alone does not provide the photographed appearance of every room. Do not assume that adding a plan to a photo-generation request makes hidden areas exact.

For a hotel room page, an interactive room tour beside original photos can support exploration. For a studio, pair the tour with an accurate equipment list and recordings where acoustics matter. For social promotion, a short clip is easier to consume without leaving the feed.
For a house with separate rooms and floors, plan multiple capture sets and clear navigation. Do not stitch unrelated photos into one implied physical layout.
