Start with the share page
Open your completed tour in Roam, review it and add a clear title. Check your business branding and the destination of the call-to-action button. Copy the share link and test it in a signed-out browser before sending it.
A share link can be forwarded. Avoid publishing personal information, access codes or anything that should remain private. The share page is intended for visitors; it does not give them editing access to your account.
Embed on a compatible website
Copy the iframe snippet from the tour page into your website’s custom HTML or embed block. Use a section with enough height for the viewer, and check the result on a phone as well as a desktop.
Some website builders or listing marketplaces restrict custom HTML and external embeds. If the platform does not accept an iframe, use a normal link where its rules allow. Roam does not automatically publish tours to Zillow, Airbnb or an MLS.
Use QR codes in print
Place the tour’s QR code on a store card, room folder, sign or invitation. Give it a short label such as “Explore the room” so someone knows what scanning will open. Test the final printed size on a phone before ordering a full run.
Keep the linked tour current. The code leads to its share URL, so unpublishing the tour also makes that destination unavailable.
Understand the limits of unpublishing
Unpublishing disables the public share page and embedded viewer. Republishing restores the same tour URL. This is useful when you need to correct details or temporarily take a page offline.
Unpublishing cannot recall screenshots, downloads or copies someone already made. Generated asset URLs may remain accessible. If you need an account or its data deleted, contact support using the email on the privacy page.
